Default Recommended Ping List for Wordpress
If you publish content with Wordpress, check out this
recommended ping list. It covers all the major services
so you can get maximum value from pinging.

The Pinglist is handy, but I wonder about overlap. The sites that ping multiple locations like Pingoat and Pingomatic have overlapping services on their lists and I can't imagine that being a ping spammer is a good idea.
