What specifically are you looking for in such an online marketing agency?
Do you need web site creation? Pay per click management? Other specific forms of targeted traffic?
Here's what I highly recommend: Go with one that focuses on "accountable" advertising, where ad response, website conversion rate, value per visitor, and ROI are tracked and measured, so you know what's working and what isn't.
There are plenty of companies that can make sure you spend your ad dollars, but fewer who will focus on getting you the best "bang" for your marketing buck (because then they're not accountable for their performance, or lack of it).
